Design Feature:
The 4RB1 engine uses dual overhead camshafts to directly drive the valves, simplifying the valve train and transmission
efficiency. The cylinder head combustion chamber is designed with a pent-roof shape and four valves, with the intake
and exhaust valves symmetrically distributed along the cylinderline. Additionally, the engine has uniform cooling, with
four piston oil cooling nozzles added to the lower end face of the cylinder bore, reducing the thermal on the pistons,
increasing lubrication, and enhancing work reliability. The piston skirt surface is treated with printed graphite technology,
reducing friction loss and mechanical noise.
These features make the 4RB1 engine perform excellently in terms of performance and reliability, making it suitable for
vehicle applications that require high torque at low speeds and high-speed performance.
The 4RB1 engine is applicable to the Leopard Warrior and Grace models. The Leopard Warrior offers two models,
CFA472 and CFA6473, which are equipped with the 4G22D4 and 4RB1 engines respectively. Grace a high-end business
vehicle, featuring a 4-liter displacement, originally imported Toyota 4RB1 engine, fully demonstrating its high-end taste
technological strength.
